The Interdisciplinary Center for Narratology (ICN)

... is attached to the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Hamburg. Through the ICN, the internationally recognized expertise of the Narratology Research Group (Forschergruppe Narratologie / FGN) contributes to the development of a narratological centre of excellence, informs teaching practice, and provides new means for blended learning.

With NarrBib, the ICN aims to provide the scholarly community with an interactive, fully indexed, continuously growing narratological online bibliographic database. The Open Access publication living handbook of narratology offers more than 30 narratological contributions and is also continuosly expanding.

 Narratological Colloquium
In order to promote an interdisciplinary exchange between students and teachers within the Humanities at Hamburg University, the colloquium is open to BA and MA students as well as to Ph.D. candidates.
